Following his clerkship Dean practiced as a defense attorney handling workers’ compensation matters, product liability cases and insurance coverage matters until he was recruited to a position with a prominent Philadelphia plaintiff’s personal injury firm where he assisted in medical malpractice and product liability cases. In the ensuing years Dean has also handled general liability and Federal Employer Liability Act claims on behalf of injured railroad employees. Due to his extensive experience Dean has sat as a Judge Pro Tempore and Arbitrator for the Court.
