The following Chart sets forth the Benefit Rate Schedule.
For example, if you are injured in 2013 and your AWW is:
$1375.51 or greater, your weekly compensation benefits will total $917 (max).
Between $687.76 and $1375.50, your weekly compensation benefits will be 66 2/3% of your AWW.
Between $509.44 and $687.75, your weekly compensation benefits will be $458.50.
Less then $509.43, your weekly compensation benefits will be 90% of your AWW.
