He urges individuals to put down the cellphone while walking, especially near traffic or an active worksite. Nasa’rs research showed injuries that ranged in severity – from a man walking into a pole and lacerating his brow to another man who suffered a sprained elbow and spinal sprain when he was hit by a car.
