Suffered a subdural hematoma

JENKINTOWN PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEYS

Client went to his local Home Depot store to purchase wood.  While sorting through the wood, the cart the wood was on began to topple, causing the client, who was in a wheelchair, to topple backwards and strike his head on the cement floor.  Client felt a headache at the scene.  The next morning, the client was discovered unconscious in his apartment.  He was rushed to the emergency and diagnoses with having suffered a subdural hematoma, otherwise known as a blood clot on the brain.  He had surgery and the pressure from the blood was released.  The client was admitted to the hospital for several weeks.  The Jury returned a verdict in favor of MMK’s client.
