A Philadelphia Police Officer made a left turn the wrong direction down a one-way street and struck our clients head on. The occupants of the vehicle all sustained injuries. The Police Officer claimed his lights and sirens were on and that he was in pursuit of a burglary in progress when he executed his turn. The clients disputed seeing lights or hearing sirens.
